Shipping Policy

Shipping Territory
MoNiBloom ships only within contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO or FPO and international addresses.

Shipping Time
Most of our products are shipped via FedEx ground. Delivery dates are based on in-stock availability of an item in a warehouse near your location. Items not available in the closest warehouse will ship from the next closest one and will possibly affect delivery time. Please note transit times do not include weekends and deliveries only occur on business days.

Tracking
Products may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses and arrive at different times. In this case your order will have multiple tracking numbers.

Receiving a Package
If you have not received your order within 5 business days, please contact us.
You have only 7 days to report damaged, defective, missing or wrong items from the delivery date of the order.

If for some reason you refused a package during delivery or provided wrong address details (e.g. suite/apt number, phone number with no answer or any other information that is missing) your order will be returned to us and you will not be eligible for a full refund (return shipping charges with restocking fee will apply).

We only could ship to the address that is stated on your account. Please update your address on file before making a payment. MoNiBloom is not responsible for lost items due to wrong address provided.
